The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to help grow Crata’s network of advertisers and publishers. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, newsletters, and helping brands find their audience, this role is for you. You’ll be at the forefront of building Crata’s customer base and driving meaningful partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, media, or AdTech

  • Proven ability to manasge the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and conducting product demos

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with newsletter advertising or digital media buying

  • Experience using CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Salesforce)

  • Previous startup experience

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and identify advertisers and publishers

  • Conduct discovery calls and demo the Crata platform

  • Close deals and onboard new clients

  • Work closely with the product team to relay feedback

  • Help refine and improve sales processes as we scale
